The KTO Difference

It pays to be aggressive and respectful.  Last week I had an unusual new client meeting.*  The couple was the opposing party in a six-figure contract dispute from several months ago.  My client won the case.  When I asked why they wanted to meet with me, the couple stated that they appreciated what I did for my client and that I beat them without being ugly about it.  So, they fired their attorney and retained me for an unrelated commercial property dispute.  What a great compliment, which I attribute to our Firm’s commitment to honor God and serve our clients with excellence.
